perffection.com provides website creation and hosting services for businesses. Our services include:

  • Professional website design and development
  • Website hosting on our platform
  • AI-powered voice agent services
  • Ongoing maintenance and support

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Payment Terms

Our pricing includes:

  • Setup Fee: One-time payment for website creation (varies by tier)
  • Monthly Fee: Recurring charge for hosting and support

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you're not satisfied with your website preview, you owe nothing
  • Once you approve and pay, the setup fee is non-refundable
  • Monthly fees may be refunded for the current billing period if you cancel within 7 days

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities or promoting illegal content
  • Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Adult content, gambling, or weapons sales

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of your business information, images, and content you provide to us.

Website Design: The website design and code we create for you are licensed for your use. You may not resell or redistribute the design to others.

Our Platform: All platform code, features, and infrastructure remain our intellectual property.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with reasonable notice)
  • Force majeure events
  • Third-party service outages

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, perffection.com shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid to us in the past 12 months

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your website will be taken offline within 7 days
  • You may request your data export before deletion
  • Outstanding fees remain due

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
